We are on our way home

Up we get just before 5am. Freshen up, finalise our bags and make sure we have packed everything and then out the door we go. Off to the Zagreb airport for our return home. A mixture of different emotions. Looking forward to returning home as we have missed everyone, however wish we could say a little longer and explore and enjoy more of this beautiful country. However it is time to go.  So... we say ....

Farewell Croatia, but not good-bye, we will be back. When, we don't know, time will only tell... 

Thank-you Croatia for a wonderful, adventurous, enjoyable experience. We have loved every day and every moment, Bogu Hvala.

So to the airport we get. Drop off our car and check ourselves and our bags in. Luckily it is a quick process. Through to our gate lounge and we wait for our plane. A little tired but excited to know that in 27 odd hours we will be home and will be seeing our family and friends and be able to share all our stories with them.

Our plane is here, so off we go.... Our first stop is Frankfurt, then Adu Dhabi and then home.
