We drive in over the bridge that joins the Otok (island) Krk to the mainland and the scenery is little nicer then Pag but in saying that Pag may be a little unique. We get on to Krk and then drive down to Silo, which is where the campsite is. We get to the camp grounds and are greeted by Tomasz, who directs us to their campsite. We arrive and meet up with Damjana and her family. We are shown around the camp site and I'm surprised, as it is better than l expected. They have a caravan, that comfortably sleeps 4, plus an annex that sleeps another 3. A little outdoor kitchen area with running water. Plus a 6 seater table between the two that is covered. Much better than expected, I think I can do this. We (the 3 of us) are given the caravan as our sleeping quarters. Teja and Nusa have the annex, while Tomasz and Damjana pitch a tent outside. Not happy, but they insist.
The temperature is 35 degrees outside, however there is a really, really nice breeze. We sit down outside and relax a little before we head down to the beach. We have about a 50 meter walk to the beach. Once again the beach is very full of rocks, both big and small with lots and lots of pebbles. Much nicer than Pag beach. In the water go all the kids, Marjan and Tomasz, I put my feet in and it's way to cold for me so Damjana and I relax by the shore. Emil and Nusa, just take off, from the last time they saw each other. They are both so cute. We stay down at the beach for a couple of hours and then head back up to the campsite. We have some dinner, very simple and very relaxed.
After dinner we go for a walk to the play ground and down to the another beach. They have trampolines with bungee jumping set up along the shore that Emil and Nusa must go on. They have heaps and heaps of fun.
The night ends around midnight. Everyone is exhausted.
