Vodice - Day 3

Up we get today and head off for breakfast, only to find that it is finishing in 15 minutes time. We quickly eat what's left and then back to our room. The temperature today is a little cooler and only around 27 degrees and very overcast. Not many people in or by the pool, a sign that the water is too cold. We decide not too go in the water, and decide to have a relaxing time in our room.  Marjan and I chill out on the balcony, while Emil plays and works on his activity books. For lunch we go down to the beach for a walk and to get some food from the local stalls. After lunch we walk around the beach a little and are surprised to see just how many people are out on the beach. There are towels and beach chairs everywhere. The beach and the sidewalk had people everywhere. As Marjan put it, it was like the beach was covered in ants. Every bit of beach is occuppied which is probably understandable because it is their peak season and there are heaps of Germans and Italians here. We come back from our walk and the boys decide to have a little sleep.

We go to dinner late tonight as the boys have slept longer than planned. Once again we decide to walk into Vodice town for dinner. We walk along the esplanade, stopping for a few photos along the way.

It's a very pleasant night tonight. One of the lovely things here is that it is really hot during the day, however it really cools down at night, making is easy to enjoy the night and walk around.
When we get to the center we stop and have dinner at a little restaurant along the water. Very lovely.

After dinner we walk through the town centre, do a little shopping and then head back to the hotel. We get back around midnight and go straight to sleep.
