Vodice - Day 4

Today we woke up very late, 9.45am, and realize that we have missed breakfast - breakfast finishes at 10am.  So we just relax in bed a little more and then head off to the beach for a quick pancake and milkshake breakfast from one of the local beach stalls. The temperature today is a little on the cooler side and very overcast, but still warm - 25 degrees. So we decide to go for a walk along the beach.























Emil stops off to get a spiral potato, which he devours very quickly each time.

Then off to a kids playground, just for a little play.

Then we head into town/center to do some shopping.  Not much shopping happening.  I'm a little disappointed. During our trip into town it rains. Nothing to complain about as it only lasts 5 minutes - if that, however enough time to stop at a kafic along the marina for a drink.  Then back to the hotel we head. We stop for lunch at the same restaurant that we ate at on our first night, hoping to have some more of the beef soup we had on the first night, only to be disappointed, as it wasn't the same.  Different chef, not happy.  We also shared a prsut pizza. A nice lunch but a long wait.

Back to the hotel we go.

It's heating up again, so back in the pool we go. Another afternoon spent in the water.

We decide to have dinner at one of the beach restaurants, along the beach tonight. We had a lovely dinner under the stars. It was nice and cool outside.

After dinner on our stroll back to the hotel we stop at Luna Park, a theme park on the esplanade. Not very big or very busy, but enough for Emil to enjoy himself.  He has a few rides, dodgem cars, and 2 merry go rounds, plus a jump on the outdoor trampolines. He is in his element.



We return back to the hotel around 11pm a few more photos from our balcony and then and straight to bed.
